At Helpa, we respect your privacy and give you full control of your data. If you no longer wish to use Helpa, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@helpa.online from the same email address linked to your Helpa account.
  2. In the subject line, write: “Delete My Helpa Account”.
  3. Our team will verify your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.


What Data Will Be Deleted

  1. Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo, ID document).
  2. Your booking history (past and pending bookings).
  3. Your payment records and linked accounts.
  4. Any reviews or ratings you have made.


What Data May Be Retained


Certain data may be retained if required by law, such as:

  1. Financial transaction records (kept for tax and compliance purposes).
  2. Security and fraud-prevention logs.

This data will be securely stored and automatically deleted after the legally required retention period.
